Details/Background About the Role/Client: This commercial real estate company is trying to modernize their approach to how data flows throughout the organization and reduce/eliminate silos.The client has 6 main data sources and a scattering of custom applications and home-grown apps, off the shelf applications, etc. that utilize data.Skills/Experience: 50% data modeling, 50% hands on SQL developmentNeed great communication skills. Needs to be a senior-level person.This person will work hand-in-hand with the person that oversees the over-arching architecture.This is not an Architect-level role, this is a data modeler role / data analyst role that can also be very hands-on with SQL development.Data Modeling is the main skill they're looking for now.It's heavy on the relational database SQL server skills - running stored procedures and SSIS packages but executing them through Azure Data Factory. This piece is going to be very important.The data side doesn't interact much with the visualization.They're writing stored procedures in SQL Server and use ADF to put them into a pipeline.
