We are Sievo's inhouse IT team that provides support to Sievonians globally with a friendly attitude. We are now looking for our first team member in the US! You don't need to know everything already: Experience is appreciated, but having a self-starter mentality and willingness to learn means even more to us.

Our team is one of a kind. We highly appreciate team spirit, we laugh a lot and solve problems together. We have a lot of freedom to develop both our infrastructure and our ways of working.

Our People team also works really closely with us, which gives a nice balance to our nerdy nature.Your tasks will include:Making sure your local colleagues receive the best support: Installing laptops, giving advice, supporting with day-to-day help requests, etc.Managing office infrastructure/tech at our Chicago officeDeveloping our global internal IT environmentAutomating internal processes (mostly with PowerShell)Creating integrations between software services used by SievoniansDeveloping databases and ETL processes for internal reporting (SQL)Being an approachable and helpful person that Sievonians love
