Overview
Our Medical Records Nurses (LPN) ensure that our residents’ records are in accordance with facility policies and with state and federal regulations.
How You Will Make a Difference
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to serve as the designated Compliance Liaison for the facility.
What You Need To Make a Difference
Active nursing license (LPN). Minimum of two years (2) experience in a health care facility required; Skilled nursing facility or other long-term care setting with Medical Records/Health Information Management experience is preferred.
It's all hands on deck at Mayfair Manor! Must be a team player and ready to participate in bedside nursing when needed on the required on-call dates.
Please Note On-Call Requirements for this Role: One weekday a week and one full weekend a month (Fri, Sat and Sun) either shift coverage. On-Call pay is included and will typically take a day off through the week if needed to work on the floor during on-call coverage.
