This Role
We are looking for a high-performing consultant either perm or contract focussed to help meet client acquisition and revenue growth targets by delivering talent to new and existing clients.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, culture, and hiring requirements.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, market intelligence, and recommendations on recruitment best practices.Share industry knowledge, best practices, and recruitment techniques to enhance team performance.Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted strategies to optimise recruitment outcomes. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.Maintain a high level of individual work effort and billing.
Requirements
Proven experience and solid track record as a senior-level recruitment consultant, preferably in a specialised industry or sector.In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems CRM, and other relevant tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
