Job Description

Train and supervise all warehouse associates within the facility.Accountable for inventory integrity and accuracy to the ERP system.Conducts, confirms, and reports findings of cycle counts.Management of picking, staging, loading, and posting activity.Management of all shipping warehouse activity.Maintain all equipment, including repair and replacements of trailers, switcher truck and forklifts.Manage all outgoing ASN to customers, including timely submission of ASN’s and making corrections as needed.Transportation scheduling to include ordering trucks and scheduling expedites as needed.Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Planning and Production to ensure orders are shipped on time.Daily KPI reporting, to include expedites.

Qualifications

SAP/SAP Hana experience is required.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience5+ year of prior management experienceExcellent communication and problem-solving skills (written and verbal)Strong organizational and effective time management skillsExperience in Automotive Manufacturing is preferred.
