Job Title: IT Product OwnerLocation: RemoteDuration: 6 monthsPay Rate: $75/hr. on W2 Job Description:We are seeking a skilled IT Product Owner with expertise in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team remotely for a duration of 6 months. As an IT Product Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial IT and patient services initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector. This role requires a deep understanding of pharmaceutical processes, commercial operations, and patient services, along with proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau.
Responsibilities:· Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that IT solutions align with the needs and goals of the pharmaceutical organization.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, prioritize features, and define product roadmaps.· Develop and maintain a deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry trends, regulations, and best practices.· Lead the implementation of IT solutions to support commercial operations, patient services, and sales activities within the pharmaceutical sector.· Utilize Salesforce platform to design, configure, and customize solutions tailored to the specific needs of the organization.· Leverage Tableau for data visualization and analytics to provide insights into sales performance, patient engagement, and commercial effectiveness.· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT systems and processes, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.· Act as a subject matter expert on pharmaceutical IT systems, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.· Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery of IT projects.
Requirements:· 5-8 years of experience in commercial IT and patient services within the pharmaceutical industry.· Proven track record of success as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on delivering IT solutions that drive business value.· Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.· Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.· Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools, with the ability to create insightful dashboards and reports.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
