📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Title: Android TesterLocations: Burlingame, CA (onsite)Duration: Full time
Responsibilities:• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Android applications.• Conduct thorough testing of Android applications to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing requirements are met and that issues are resolved in a timely manner.• Document defects and track their resolution through to completion.• Provide clear and concise feedback to developers and other stakeholders regarding the quality and functionality of Android applications.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Android testing methodologies.• Participate in the continuous improvement of our testing processes and procedures. Requirements: -• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.• Proven experience as testing Android applications.• Strong understanding of the Android platform, including different versions and device configurations.• Experience with testing tools such as Android Studio, ADB, and various emulators.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.• Prior experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.• If you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about ensuring the quality of Android applications, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
