What You’ll Do
Work with a team to identify high value targets for automation/software development within the manufacturing organization.Develop software to collect, analyze, and report on various aspect of automotive electronics manufactured for SiriusXM.Document the system you’ll develop for future development and use.Perform other duties as required.
What You’ll Need
You must be 18 years of age or older.Demonstrable previous experience with creation of software in:LabVIEWSQLVisual Basic for ApplicationsBe a curious and driven problem solver willing to learn disparate fields and pull from a broad technical background to create successful solutions.Demonstrable previous experience working on software in a cross disciplinary team.Must be excited to take initiative and follow through complex problems to completion.Experience with Product Lifecycle Management, BOM Management, or related software.Knowledge of electronics manufacturing.Demonstrable previous experience with concise written communication.The ability to manage your time well and work collaboratively.Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by May 2025 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship.Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a similar field.Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
