Their team is looking to add a Territory Sales Representative to help them grow a brand-new region. This individual will be responsible for traveling within the territory daily to drive new business, servicing existing relationships to grow their current accounts, and exceeding revenue targets set by the organization. Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face meetings with both potential and existing customers in the area Prospect new business via cold calls and in-person meetings to build account base Work with shop foreman, engineers, mechanics, and purchasing department regularly Maintain and rotate stock of inventory inside the company van Travel daily within your assigned territory Provide exceptional customer service to retain and increase revenue each year Stay updated on industry trends to capitalize on changes and opportunities in the market
Desired Skills And Experience
Bachelor’s degree with a Business, Management, or another related focus 3+ years of outside sales experience - electrical components, wiring, or hydraulics preferred Strong history of building customer relationships and exceeding revenue targets Proven track record of managing and growing a territory or sales route Excellent communication and customer service skills
