Due to our continued growth, SkyWater Search Partners is looking to add to our Accounting & Finance Recruiter Chicago Team!
You will focus on the Chicago market and sit in our SkyWater Search Partners office in Minnetonka with the occasional (1-2 times/quarter) trip to Chicago for client visits. However, if you prefer not to travel that is fine as well!
With this opportunity, you get to work with a big city (3X the size of Minneapolis) which means three times as many key accounts that we do not have established yet. This role allows you to truly be an entrepreneur and build a book of business! Our Executive Recruiters receive an extremely competitive base salary + commission structure, with unlimited earning potential.
As an Executive Recruiter you will be responsible for driving the continued growth of our Chicago Accounting & Finance practice. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

Recruit/attract top talent using industry leading recruiting tools and referrals to attract the very best Finance and Accounting candidates Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including new clients & search partners Partner with both existing & new clients as a consultant for their hiring needs
Desired Skills And Experience
A team player who is also highly motivated by individual results 1-3 years experience working in a professional environment, preferably in a recruiting or sales-focused role or experience within a Finance & Accounting function. Polished business professional with a strong executive presence Self-driven and competitive in nature
