Job Description

The Business and Sales Operations Group at Skyworks is responsible for providing leadership in the areas of business strategy, design and implementation of decision support tools, data analytics and automation of data insights, and ownership of all Sales Operations processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Intelligence/Power BI Developer to join our team to help develop and support our data analytics processes and integrated business intelligence tools. You'll be responsible for supporting different types of data, including data related to our Sales Operations, Business Operations, Demand Planning and Financial Planning functions. You should expect to work with:

SQL server data warehouse, SSIS, SSAS multidimensional cubes/tabular modelsAzure Data Lake Storage, Data Lakehouse , DevOps, Data FactoryMS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)Salesforce

Skills & Experience & Educational Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or related experience and 5 years of experience or Master’s degree and 3 years of experience. (Master’s degree or MBA a plus)Proficiency in SQL with a solid understanding of Relational Databases, Data Warehousing, Data ModelingWorking knowledge of ETLs, stored procedures, multi-dimensional cubes and tabular modelsUnderstanding and experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, embedded Power BIExperience working with SalesforceExpertise in developing user interfaces and creating user experiences; Hands on experience in designing visualizations as per business requirements, writing complex DAX/M expressions for Power BI and SSAS/Tabular Models Exceptional technical writing skills and ability to quickly turn out proof of conceptsAbility to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable wayAnalytical and problem-solving mindsetExperience in semiconductor industry is a strong plus

Develop and improve solutions spanning data processing activities from ODS to star schemas to SSAS multidimensional cubes/tabular models and finally into Power BI reports/dashboardsDevelop and improve Microsoft Analysis Services cubes (tabular and dimensional)Sales Operations support for sales incentive and commissions processingSupport for daily processing of POS (Point-of-Sale) data from global customers

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $87,600 - $167,900 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
