📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung der SlickCommerce GmbH (mit den Marken Fußhelden, Handhelden, eCom-to-Retail, Quozy u.a.) als strategische Assistenz.
Deine Rolle ist hybrid: Du übernimmst operative Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft und bringst gleichzeitig eigene Ideen und Analysen ein, um Marketing- & Wachstumsprojekte erfolgreich umzusetzen.
Aufgaben
Strategisch & Marketingnah
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien für D2C und Retail (Meta/TikTok Ads, Content, Kampagnenplanung)
- Vorbereitung & Mitgestaltung von Pitch-Decks, Händlerunterlagen und Verkaufspräsentationen
- Markt- & Wettbewerbsanalysen, Trendbeobachtung im E-Commerce & Retail
- KPI-Tracking & Reporting (z. B. Ads, Shopify, Social Media Performance)
- Vorbereitung & Follow-ups von Strategiemeetings
Operativ & Administrativ
- Organisation & Koordination: Kalender, Meetings, Reisen, Events
- E-Mail-Management & Priorisierung für die Geschäftsführung
- Pflege von CRM- und Händlerlisten (Clay, Excel/Google Sheets)
- Koordination mit externen Partnern (Influencer, Agenturen, Händler)
- Unterstützung bei Onlineshop-Management (Shopify, Bundles, Content Updates)
- Erstellung von Content-Vorlagen (Canva, TikTok-Briefings, LinkedIn Drafts)
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Marketing/Projektmanagement (Agentur oder E-Commerce von Vorteil)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
- Sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Tools: Google Workspace, Canva, Shopify, Social Ads (Meta, TikTok), Excel
- Organisationstalent mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise & Blick fürs Detail
- Hands-on-Mentalität, gepaart mit strategischem Denken
