ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates competency in determining the adequacy/comprehensiveness of technical data, deviations, etc. related to quality requirementsCollaborates with multiple departments on quality inquiries and issues and address them effectivelySets up and gathers documentation for PPAPsWorks directly with customers to address and resolve questions, requirements, complaints, 8D process, certifications, etc.Supports the quality inspection departmentLeads internal investigations and corrective action plansAssist Quality Management with leading key continuous improvement projectsLeads internal investigations for incidents and in-house rejections and drives corrective actions to implementationConducts internal audits, customer audits and customer visitsOther duties as needed and assigned
RequirementsBachelors degree in a relevant disciplineAutomotive, aerospace, and medical production experience in quality preferredExperience with IATF 16949, ISO 13485, AS 9100, and other Quality standards and proceduresExperience with PPAPs, FMEAs, QMS, EMS, Continuous Improvement, and Audits requiredStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively with customersAbility to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environmentMust be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis
