📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Fitness Professional will report to the Director of Fitness and be responsible for coaching private, semi-private, and small group fitness sessions utilizing state-of-the-art fitness equipment and technology, growing a healthy clientele, and monitoring the financial performance of your session book.The Fitness Professional will be self-motivated and will continue to place an emphasis on facilitating relationships with current members and guests, as well as any future clients.The Fitness Professional will also use spare time to help the facility and the company continue to grow and give our members an excellent experience.
