Snowden Lane has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented and dynamic individual to be a part of our operations team as an Operations Associate. Snowden is a hybrid wealth management firm operating through the Registered Investment Advisor Snowden Capital Advisors, LLC, and its affiliated broker-dealer Snowden Account Services LLC. Location will be based in Miami, FL or San Antonio, TX but will require some travel. Role description

The Operations Associate is responsible for supporting RIA and Broker-Dealer middle office operations and the successful transition of new Snowden advisors, including the operational set up and day-to-day servicing of advisors, remote support in account document review, and leveraging Snowden’s third-party resources to provide necessary end-client products and services. You will use your knowledge of firm policy, procedures, and technology to interface with advisors and client relationship managers, anticipate their needs, resolve outstanding issues, and provide exceptional overall service and leadership. Major Responsabilities

Issue resolution: Interface with advisors for various trade, account documentation, clien

document/delivery, etc. issues and work with various custodians, vendors, and product and service providers to resolve each issue. Ability to prioritize and escalate appropriately, working with various services teams and integrate each custodian/vendor conversation appropriatel Operations: Support day to day back and middle office operations of the firm’s operating business entities, including new account workflows, asset movement review and other workflow approvals Corporate Reports: Work with Wealth Management and Operations business leaders to provide management reporting across multiple custodians, vendors, products and services providers, and regulatory framewor Transition Support/New Account Setup: Compile, present and review account packages, train advisors and their teams on documents and delivery requirements for various types of accounts. Open accounts and provide ad hoc support to advisor teams as new accounts arrive

Qualification

Wealth management experience as a Client Associate or Operational Support Role requird Ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner, focusing on detailed execution and accuray Service Orientd Strong Customer Service skills and ability to communicate with a broad range of peope Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlok Advanced Excel skills are preferrd Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiene Must be organized, have strong written and oral communication skills, be flexible and adaptabe SIE, Series 7 and 66 licensing, or willingness to obtain within specified time peri
