Snowflake’s Chief Communications Officer is seeking a Senior Director of Executive Communications. This individual will work closely with our C-level executives to create and amplify narratives which reinforce Snowflake’s mission and strategy.

This individual will work across business functions and lead the Snowflake executive communications strategy, building and leading a centralized function that ensures the Snowflake story is powerful and consistent across the entire executive team. They will develop and execute a plan that addresses external and internal audiences, partnering cross-functionally with Public Relations, Social Media, and Employee Communications to ensure alignment. They will also work with executives to ensure clear messaging and exceptional written and oral delivery to employees and external audiences.

AS A SENIOR DIRECTOR OF EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATIONS AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL :

Lead and build Snowflake’s Executive Communications team and programPrioritize, plan and coordinate our executives’ speaking engagementsPartner in the development and project management of keynote presentationsDevelop messaging recommendations that fit the voice and style of our executives and tailored to the type of speaking engagementCollaborate with our PR and IR teams, and other internal stakeholders to effectively prepare and counsel executives prior to announcements and presentations

OUR IDEAL SENIOR DIRECTOR OF EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATIONS WILL HAVE :

10+ years of relevant communications experience, ideally within the SaaS spaceAdvanced writing skills and keen understanding of developing effective messagingAbility to conceptualize technology in a way that applies to different audiencesA self-starting leader and team player with deep experience working in fast-paced environmentsInnovative and creative thinker who can both develop a strong vision and operationalize itAbility to adapt content and style that fit the communication styles of our executives

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

The estimated base salary range for this role is $214,000 - $325,500.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
