Responsibilities

As a Trader you will be charged with the following

Contribute to the development of the Secured Financing ServicesClient interaction on market intelligence and opportunitiesContinue to improve our synthetic platformAutomate execution workflowsAutomate of inventory optimizationProvide competitive HTB inventory

Manage and monitor trading book:Daily monitoring and management of positions including (but not limited to) swaps/delta/ forexCooperation with sales on existing positions and continued build out of the platform.Monitoring of (client) profitabilityMonitoring of Risk analysisManagement of regulatory ratios (scarce resources): LCR / NSFR (liquidity ratios based on futures cash flows)

Automate and enhance book management/ (risk) reportingImprove the tools used to price and analyze client transactionsProvide detailed explanations of the sources of revenues per clientsImprove Front Office to Back Office processes with an attention keeping operational losses at a minimum

Finance and Mathematical advanced knowledge: derivatives pricing, interest rates and risk managementBeing able to analyze and synthesize the risks of a transaction from a quantitative stand-point.Quick learnerTeam playerWillingness to take on new projectDegree from an Engineering school / Sciences university / business schoolProgramming skills (Python, VBA, SQL) (a plus)
