Marketing Associate

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join the Email & SMS team that is responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of these key marketing channels. You’ll be responsible for the development, build, and deployment of Society6 Email and SMS campaigns through cross-functional conversations, our Integrated Marketing Calendar, and third-party tools. This role requires being detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a passion for consumer marketing.

A typical day as a Marketing Associate might include: Set-up and launch Email & SMS campaigns with emphasis on integrated content, customer segmentation, customer journeys, testing protocol, and technical execution.Leverage analytics to identify, size, and prioritize opportunities.Participate in and attend cross-functional meetings to inform email & SMS strategy.Manage the creation of creative assets from briefing to deployment, working closely with designers, merchandisers, and copywriters.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly email reports based on Email & SMS engagement and revenue performance.

What You Have:1-2 years experience with building email campaigns or automated journeys in ESPs.1-2 years experience with building SMS campaigns or automated journeys. Basic understanding of HTML coding knowledge.Basic understanding of Marketing Automation with a focus on email marketing.Tech savvy skills to navigate new apps and platforms for email and mobile marketing.1-2 years of experience of reporting for email marketing or mobile marketing.Strong organizational and time management skills.Superior attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication.A desire to participate in creating the workplace you want to be a part of.We're casual and informal but we work hard and work responsibly. The starting base pay for this role is between $60,000 and $75,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and other perks.
