📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standardsIdentify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive actionPerform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findingsBuild a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluationsKPI's - Nr. of Incidents - BOM/BOP Inaccuracy/Incidents - MUD improvement - Planning Efficiency - Machine - Productivity Efficiency - Machine - 7 Wastes Reduction - Team Training Plan ExecutionGeneral - High level of leadership, teamwork and management skills; - IT Knowledge in terms of Word, Excel, Internet e Electronic Mail. Specific - Understanding and hands on experience of manufacturing operations in tooling, stamping, and/or welded assembly environment. - High knowledge of manufacturing concepts, analysis, techniques, principles and practices (FMEA, PM Systems, tooling, material flow, pull systems etc.High knowledge of continuous improvement tools - Knowledge of problem solvingtools (5 PB)
Preferably from a metal stamping and robotic welding assembly manufacturing production environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering5+ years' relevant work experienceHighly organized with excellent attention to detail
