As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you leverage your deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to steer global automotive and leasing giants through critical software implementations. You don't just configure a system; you design the future operational landscape of our clients. In this pivotal role within a hidden champion of mobility tech, you act as a mentor to your team and a strategic partner to our customers, ensuring that our software "<strong>Miles</strong>" delivers maximum impact.</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute in large-scale implementation projects, from initial scoping to final delivery</li> <li>You analyze intricate business requirements and design sophisticated solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible with Miles</li> <li>You act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders, managing expectations and building strong, trust-based relationships</li> <li>You mentor and coach junior and mid-level consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team</li> <li>You identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the strategic roadmap of our implementation methodology</li> <li>You collaborate closely with product management and development teams to translate market needs into new software features</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your skills and interests:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have built an impressive track record in software implementation, IT consulting, or business analysis over several years</li> <li>You possess expert-level knowledge of the automotive finance, leasing, or fleet management industry</li> <li>You thrive in challenging environments and have successfully managed complex projects with multiple stakeholders</li> <li>You are passionate about sharing your knowledge and have experience in leading or mentoring teams</li> <li>You combine strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset</li> </ul> <p>To be eligible, you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have your own pathway to PR.
