Detailed Job Description:7 years of relevant professional experience in MFOpenText OO.Experience with design, implementation, and support of monitoring tools in a complex, heterogeneous, multiplatform environment.Develop and implement monitoring solutions for servers, networks, databases, and applications.Monitor system performance, uptime, and resource utilization to identify potential issues.Configure alerting rules and notifications to ensure timely response to critical incidents.Work collaboratively with other ITGather requirements for new and change requests for automations.Work with Client SMEs to understand and fine tune requirements.Watch the View for VM Builds Remediate as necessary Engage respective teams to resolve.
