📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Hybrid: - Hybrid, must be able to travel to Charlotte, NCDuration: - 2 yearsLinkedInFunctional Oracle Fusion Recruiting ConsultantShould have at least 2 Implementation experience in ORC for Global Company across Multiple GeographiesMust have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects.Expertise in Global Templates, Postings, Offers and Pre Boarding / On Boarding is required.Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentationPrepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing ORC.Experience in Implementing Any 2 additional modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Learn and Advanced HCM Controls will be desired.Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.Consult & Setup Oracle HRMS Modules (Global HR, Self Service, Time Attendance & iRecruitment Application.Prepare the User Guides.Provide the Support for HR Key Users.Collect the requirement and Implement any Enhancement Requested by the HR Department.
