Job Overview
Do you enjoy capital-market puzzles and building software that solves them? Our Equity Operations team designs and maintains data pipelines that power next-generation index and ETF products. If you like turning raw market data into clean, queryable databases and mapping out how each component fits into a larger architecture, we would love to work with you.
Your Tasks
- Providing support in the daily business of the Equity Operations team with a focus on index rebalancing
- Helping in the automation certain workflow steps during the product lifecycle
- Supporting in particular with comprehensive company research tasks for the innovative and quickly developing thematic indexing space
- Working collaboratively with various internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions
Your Profile
- Enrolled student in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar
- Interest in the stock market and investment trends
- Competent user of MS-Office applications (Excel in particular)
- Programming skills in Python are required
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Independent and structured working style
- High level of enthusiasm, creativity and teamwork
- Excellent English skills
- Ideally available for a period of six months starting in October
