📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client is looking to fill the role of Traffic Coordinator. This person will be responsible for assisting copy and inventory management for the company logs and the company network. This position will be remote.
Pay rate: $24
Responsibilities
They will be assisting the placement of spotsFilling of open time with promos/psas from libraries managed by the stationsCommunicating with station sales, copy, and programming on status update of logsAssistance with copy managementLogging incoming materials, management of copy/traffic communications, and applying agency traffic instructionsAll functions performed in WideOrbitMonitor order flow for the logs, and process orders whenever necessaryThis position can be entry level, but previous experience in media, agency, or other advertising experience is preferred
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in broadcast industry, preference for experience in traffickingMust have impeccable attention to detail and data pointsComputer savvyMust be able to manage remote work/setupMust be willing and able to stay in constant communication with team-members throughout the day via Slack, conference meetings, etc. and be immediately accessible during work hoursMust be adaptable to constantly shifting prioritiesAbility to take direction and feedbackRequired Education: High school diploma
