Essential DutiesOperational Accounting Expertise: Take a lead role in operational accounting, providing crucial input on business recognition decisions, cost recognition, and overseeing the monthly financial close process.Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a particular emphasis on written communication and relationship building to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.Deadline Management and Initiative: Exhibit a proactive approach to work, consistently meeting deadlines, and accomplishing tasks independently with minimal supervision.Organizational Agility: Showcase exceptional organizational skills, adaptability to change, and a natural instinct for cooperative communication, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Utilize strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to efficiently carry out tasks and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team.End-to-End Process Orientation: Demonstrate an excellent end-to-end process orientation, coupled with robust analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Address issues effectively and take ownership of outcomes.International Exposure: While not mandatory, a preference for candidates with international exposure, highlighting an understanding of global financial practices.

Position RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.4 - 7 years of experience in accounting at a business or Big 4 public accounting/audit firm supporting similar sized companies.Experience using major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).CPA (active or inactive) is preferred.

Travel Requirements: As needed to meet service-level requirements and for required business meetings.
