Workflow Specialist
QUAD is seeking a Workflow Specialist for an organization in King of Prussia, PA. Full time hours Monday through Friday onsite with occasional opportunities to work remotely.
The Workflow Specialist will be responsible for reviewing claims for accuracy, updating contacts, responding to emails, and sending claims over for processing.
Responsibilities of the Workflow Specialist Sorting and reviewing incoming claims for accuracyVerifying electronic images for quality purposesPerforming clerical tasks including filing, scanning, and sortingRegularly communicating with providers and members
Requirements of the Workflow Specialist Bachelorβs degree and/or equivalent experience 1+ years of customer service or data entry experience, preferably in a service, healthcare or retail environmentExcellent communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor Strong customer service orientation
Additional Details Salary: $18 per hourEmployment type: contract

Salary range $18/ HR W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
