Soltis is seeking a qualified candidate to join our fast-growing Midwest team as a Wealth Management Advisor based out of Columbus, Ohio area.
Your RoleOversee 100 plus household book of Wealth Management clients Drive high client retention by providing ongoing service, cultivating strong relationships and delivering regular portfolio reviewsAssist clients with complex financial planning Collaborate with wealth management team to construct customized investment portfolios, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, structured notes, and alternative investments.Participate in building new client relationships in collaboration with strategic partnersOur Investment In You

The Expertise We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree required3-5 years + of experience working in the financial services industry, preferably working with high-net worth individuals Success in building relationships, uncovering client needs and recommending solutionsSeries 65, CFP preferred or willingness to pursue additional advanced educationWillingness to travel through Mid-West and to corporate offices periodically in UtahSuccess in being a part of a fast-pasted team by demonstrating the ability to be coachable and collaborative Extensive knowledge of investment products, presentation skills, and financial solutionsStrong Attention to detail with good interpersonal communication skillsAbility to articulate complex financial concepts in a simple manner Professional demeanor, punctuality and strong work ethic
