We have an outstanding opportunity for an Client Services Associate in Seal Beach, CA. We are looking for someone that has previous working experience in the investments industry and has their Series 7 license.
Skills required:Series 7 license.Previous experience working in the investment industry (CFP or banking investment).Strong communication, time management and organizational skills with attention to detail coupled with the mindset of how you can help the process be more efficient and effective.Excellent verbal and written communication.Must have great client/customer interfacing skills.Job duties:Support clients and team members through account opening and maintenance to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and operational standards. Assist with project management.Provide sales support to a Financial Planner.Implement workflow assigned and track client service tasks.Develop strong business relationships through proactive calling prospects and existing clients.Process data entry account service requests and ensure appropriate documentation such as facilitating DocuSign and prepopulating forms for client signatures with accuracy in a timely manner.Research and complete client requests.Collect appropriate documentation from clients in secure fashion to set up new accounts and gather information for client reviews and assist with client meeting follow-up.Educate clients on account services and capabilities including online and digital capabilities. How to log into their accounts.Help manage scheduling, firm calendar, CRM data entry, task management, scanning client documents.Annual Base Salary Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $55,000 to $70,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
