How will you make a difference?As our Patient Care Coordinator, your smiling face is the first to greet our visitors and patients. You set the tone for their experience in our office, so being friendly and having strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email is a must!Our ideal applicant excels at multitasking in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.Required Duties for this role include:Create a positive impression on everyone who interacts with/ walks into our clinicCheerfully greets everyone upon entry to our facilityAble to manage multiple phone linesConvert new patient phone calls into scheduled evaluationsAccurately and efficiently schedule appointments and collect patient demographic informationCollect patient paymentsEfficiently utilize EMRCollaborate with other staff to ensure a stellar patient experience
