Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Heavy Equipment Operator at SOLV Energy located in Eldorado, IL. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of heavy equipment, including excavation machinery. They will ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently to support solar project construction and maintenance activities.
Qualifications Experience in equipment maintenance and operationExpertise in excavation using heavy equipmentKnowledge of heavy equipment used in solar project constructionAbility to perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipmentStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesValid driver's license and clean driving recordExperience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
