📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Soni's manufacturing client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for an immediately contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a full-time employee. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of the AR process including but not limited to billing, collections, applying deposits, reconciling accounts. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for up to 200 invoices per week. The successful candidate is detail-oriented, organized, with great customer service and communication skills, and seeking to be part of a collaborative team environment. Requirements:1+ years of relevant accounting experience in accounts receivable or billingAssociates or Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or similar field of study preferred but not requiredStrong organizational skills with a keen attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of Excel and ERP systems skills
Compensation: $22.00 to $28.00 per hourSalary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
