📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are excited to represent a law firm in Denver as they seek a Contracts Administrator to join their team. The Contracts Administrator will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation to contract execution and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator within a law firm. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including sales agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal or termination, including contract tracking, execution, and filing. Maintain an organized repository of contracts and related documents.Ensure that contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. Coordinate with legal counsel and other stakeholders to address legal and compliance issues.Identify and assess risks associated with contract terms and conditions. Work with internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and negotiate favorable terms.Manage contract amendments, extensions, and modifications as needed. Ensure that changes are properly documented and communicated to relevant parties.Monitor contract performance and compliance with contractual obligations. Identify and address any deviations or breaches in a timely manner.

Required Skills:4+ years of Contracts Administration experience, preferably within a law firm.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and contract management principles.

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 + Medical Benefits, Paid Sick Leave, 401k, Transit & Parking BenefitsSalary range is determined based on factors such as relevant experience, expertise, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
