HRBP

Soni Resources' client is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team as an HRBP! In this role, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires Oversee employee relations functions, including handling disciplinary matters, investigating complaints, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, troubleshooting issues, and communication Manage worker’s compensation claims, including processing claims, investigating disputes, and monitoring time loss Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Develop and implement programs and initiatives that support a positive and productive work environment Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Experience in a generalist HR role Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion Non-profit/healthcare industry experience a plus
