Pre-Litigation Paralegal

We are excited to partner with a highly trusted national law firm with several law offices across the United States who is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their Personal Injury Department. The successful candidate will work on all aspects of our complex cases. Independently manage assigned cases, working closely with assigned attorneys to develop cases through the pre-litigation process. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with a friendly, positive attitude, a high-level of professionalism, and have several years of experience working as a paralegal handling Personal Injury cases. Experience working directly with clients is highly preferred. This is an onsite and permanent position with great benefits.

Requirements

3-5 years of pre-litigation experience in a law firm Recent Personal Injury experience required Experience working directly with clients Experience in managing electronic case management systems and paper filings Well-developed writing and research skills

Preferred Skills

Paralegal certificate Work independently with limited supervision Ability to anticipate attorneys needs, identifying problems and offering solutions

Compensation: $55,000 - 65,000 + Medical Benefits + Paid Sick Leave + 401k

Salary range is determined based on factors such as relevant experience, expertise, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
