UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for shaping exceptional user experiences through multiple digital platforms. This role will design both web products and mobile applications for Android and iPhone. This role will collaborate with developers and quality experts to ensure the delivery of a polished final product.

Responsibilities

Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that solve real-world problems and enhance user satisfaction. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to drive product enhancements in alignment with business goals. Conduct thorough user research to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors, gathering feedback from both users and stakeholders to inform interactive design improvements. Create customer journeys, process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors. Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and pinpoint areas for refinement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and technology, and incorporate them into our design process. Contribute in the development of design guidelines and patterns to create a consistent experience across the customer journey and across all products. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (equivalent work experience accepted). 4+ years’ experience in product design, preferably within an agile environment. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Figma preferred. Strong grasp of user-centered design principals and methodologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
