Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a contractor basis. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, content creation, and campaign management. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple projects and be eager to contribute to our collaborative team environment. While this opportunity is structured as a contractor position, we require candidates to have availability during regular business hours throughout the week, preferably between 9AM to 5PM. This ensures alignment with team schedules and facilitates effective collaboration. Key Responsibilities:Devise and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and engagementConduct thorough SEO audits and keyword research to guide content creationWrite compelling blog posts and develop content that aligns with SEO strategiesManage and execute email marketing campaigns, including writing email copy that resonates with our audienceOversee and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as neededEngage proactively with team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environmentTake initiative on projects, demonstrating a commitment to the company's goals and successExperience in the Ad tech industry preferred, leveraging industry knowledge to enhance campaign effectivenessSpearhead social media marketing efforts, including content creation and campaign managementLead creative brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and B2B marketing strategiesAssist the sales team with creating compelling sales pitches and presentationsWrite and distribute press releases, monitoring and analyzing the results for insightsPlan and execute CPC campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
Qualifications:Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaignsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to write persuasive copy and interact effectively with team membersA positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environmentSelf-starter with a track record of taking initiative and driving projects to completionExperience in the ad tech industry is preferredProficiency with HubSpot, Monday.com, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms is highly desirableExperience with B2B marketing, sales support, and press release distribution is a plusKnowledge of CPC campaign strategies and execution
