📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Location: New Jersey. Job Title: Datasphere Architect / Analytics Lead
Responsibilities:· Lead the design and implementation of datasphere architecture solutions to meet business requirements.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.· Develop and implement strategies for data acquisition, storage, and processing.· Design and optimize data pipelines for efficient data ingestion and processing.· Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members.· Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.· Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in analytics and datasphere architecture.Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.· Minimum of 10 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on datasphere technologies.· Proven experience in leading and implementing at least 3 datasphere architecture projects.· Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.· Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.· Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with different client teams. · Healthcare industry experience is a plus. · Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
