Our client, an innovative startup that creates a production company in an app, is looking for a Marketing Manager to assist the CEO.
About the Company:The company automates the video production process for businesses for a fraction of the cost and time, scaling video creation in a way that was not possible before. Their app uses AI and AR to help businesses create stunning videos that replace the need for an expensive camera, lights, and film crew.
About You:You are passionate about learning and helping a company grow. You enjoy building processes and strategies from the ground up and are a self-starter who can learn as you go. You’re a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and solving complex problems.
Responsibilities:Take ownership of different growth channels: email marketing, conferences, content creation, and more.Work directly with the CEO, building processes and strategies for growth.Identify target markets, buyer personas, and partnership opportunities.Manage and update CRM.
Requirements:Preferred: 2 years of experience working in a related job or demonstrating an initiative mindset.Hunger to join a small startup and help it skyrocket.Ability to learn quickly and move things fast.Excellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a global and distributed environment and meet and work with people in different time zones.Creative mindset and ability to get out of your comfort zone.
