Source One Technical Solutions is seeking a Analyst 3 - Laboratory Quality Control level professional with metrology systems support experience for a global pharmaceutical company based in Malvern, PA.

Title: Analyst 3 - Laboratory Quality Control (Contractor)Location: Malvern, PAThe contract duration is initially 12 months with likely extension40 hours, Mon-Fri Position is Hybrid (onsite 3-4 days), Day Shift (normal work hours)
Duties
Biovia Equipment Tasks (50%)Assist with metrology event alignment between groups (Manager gets an error list daily with events that won’t update to the OneLab system because of a mismatch among the instruments in the type. This most often occurs because one or more instruments have a different interval).Assist with new equipment addition.Update and clean lists of missing equipment in One Lab system prior to instrument importation.Decommissioned instruments need to be inactivated in OneLab.Provide assistance in decommissioning of equipment.Responsible for metrology correctionsManually updated system events.
PAS CAL Support (50%)Manage analytical equipment related to Cal Lab in M11Schedule and host vendor visits for repairs and calibration activityCommunicate with PAS Team on instrument related itemsObtain quotes and purchase vendor contracts on equipmentWork within Maximo system for scheduling and work order activitiesAssist with onboarding of new assets and decommissioning of retired systemsManage pipets within the laboratory

This role is split between 2 functions: Lab Support/Managing Systems, and Biovia Med Tasks (metrology)Providing support for the equipmentSchedule to have activities done on the equipmentOpen and Close work orders about tasks on equipmentExperience with Biovia or LMS is highly preferredManage alarms or alerts on equipmentGxP experience required.Must have at least 2 years of experienceThis environment will be highly automatedRole falls under "System Specialist" kind of role
