OVERVIEW Stylists are the heart and soul of our brand and the foundation of every position at South Moon Under. As a personal styling expert, you provide best-in-class service by meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers. Stylists are responsible for creating unique and specially curated looks for customers that promote their best selves, bring them immense joy, and establish long-lasting relationships with the brand. It is through this personalized experience that our Stylists cultivate confidence through style.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service l Brand AmbassadorUnderstand and communicate the South Moon Under brand to all customersContribute to the selling environment through a seamless end-to-end experience by engaging with every customer, attending to their needs, and making them feel valuedEmulate the brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashionMove dynamically on the floor and communicate with both staff and customers to ensure customer needs are met with product recommendations and curated outfittingContribute to meeting and/or exceeding all KPI goals and objectives for the store by providing best-in-class service

Teamwork l CommunicationBuild positive relationships with peers and contribute to positive team moraleCollaborate with team members to ensure superior customer service and support store operations

Visual l Business OperationsMaintain South Moon Under’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on customersSupport and contribute to the completion of the daily shipment and omni fulfillment processesHave a full understanding of our POS system and provide a seamless customer transaction experiencePerform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain a luxurious environmentUnderstand and adhere to people safety policies and proceduresPerform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulationsPerform other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Experience in customer serviceExperience being a team player Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSTo perform the essential functions of this job, you must be able to frequently stand, walk, talk, and hear. You will be required to occasionally sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. You will be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Near and far-sighted visual acuity and normal depth perception are required.
