Job Description:Job Summary

The Manager Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) leads four FP&A Business Partners that support four technology portfolios: Commercial, Customer, Cybersecurity, and Technology Common Platforms and Cloud. In addition, this role collaborates with teams in Technology, Supply Chain, the Vendor Management Office, Workforce Planning, and the Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver strategic projects and initiatives through financial planning and analysis, governance support, SOW approvals, etc. The Manager FP&A is a strong communicator with a continuous improvement mindset ready to contribute to the financial well-being of Southwest.

This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, which requires Employees to work onsite on our Corporate Campus at least three days a week. U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
