The Operations Performance & Design Consultant supports our Purpose by developing visualizations, complex data models, and dynamic dashboards to provide decision support and self-service tools to Senior Operational Leaders. This role advances existing processes through streamlined data automation as well as provides insightful operational analysis and forecasting. The Operations Performance & Design Consultant is a skilled communicator and strategic thinker who is excited to work in a dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact on the Department through cutting-edge technology. This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, which requires Employees to work onsite on our Corporate Campus at least three days a week. Job SummaryThis role is responsible for supporting the strategy, analysis, design, and implementation of operational performance initiatives that aim to achieve positive and sustainable results. Supports Operations, Commercial, and Finance departments to align People, assets and network to improve processes, reduce cost and complexity, and enable and maximize revenue opportunities. Ensures the Operations perspective is understood and considered as part of Commercial and Enterprise decisions.
