Senior Financial Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:Provide accurate analysis of headcount and payroll for all employment categories and contracted labor services.Develop efficient planning, reporting, and analysis processes for administrative teams.Create functional spend models, conduct return on investment analyses, and support contract negotiations.Consolidate and analyze financial data, including reconciliations and period-to-period variance analysis, while establishing relevant KPIs and cost targets.Develop annual operating plans and deliver monthly financial forecasts.Review purchase requests for accuracy and compliance with financial plans.Facilitate alignment and decision-making among operational teams, presenting cohesive reports with clear recommendations.Offer objective business consultancy and financial guidance.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and operating teams, providing financial insights for operational decisions.Undertake ad-hoc projects supporting various departments, including month-end financial reporting, long-term Business Plan development, benchmarking, and process analysis.Introduce new perspectives to identify and propose opportunities for process and business function improvements.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA is a plus.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in financial analysis and variance analysis.Proficiency in forecasting methods and techniques.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Technical, quantitative, and critical-thinking abilities, with a high level of independent judgment and initiative.Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously with accountability for results.Excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills, with strong relationship-building capabilities.Comfortable interacting with executive management.Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.
