📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
About the job
As an early member of the Sparktonic team you will play a critical role in shaping the technological direction of our company. You will work closely with the founders to assume full ownership of the current tech initiatives, driving advancement and expansion. You will also have the opportunity to create 0 to 1 products and help to find the next big venture for Sparktonic.
This role is ideal for a visionary tech leader that can bring a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership skills to navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry.
You will…
Develop and implement the technical vision and strategy, ensuring alignment of the technology strategy with the Sparktonic’s overall mission and objectives.Anticipate industry trends, develop groundbreaking solutions, and navigate unique complexities. Analyze existing operations and facilitate improvement discussions and solutions.Identify and propose best practices to enhance Operations efficiency, including automation initiatives.Oversee the development and deployment of mobile applications, particularly focusing on React Native for iOS.Manage and oversee contracted developers for app creation, development and launch.Work closely with the co-founders, investors, and key stakeholders to align technology development with business objectives.
What you will bring…
Deep understanding of the technology landscape, with the ability to anticipate and adapt to industry trends.Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, make decisions under uncertainty, and take calculated risks.Experience in managing technology operations, preferably in a startup environment.Proficiency in data integration, analysis, and visualization tools.Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.Strong understanding of business goals and the ability to align technological efforts accordingly.Experience with React Native for mobile app development and Python for backend development.Previous involvement in building apps from ideation to launch, with a focus on scalability and user engagement.You are able to operate out of the Sparktonic office in Naples, FL 2-3 times per week (relocation provided for the right candidate).
