Company Description Speak Speech Therapy LLC is a provider of high-quality and personal speech therapy services for children in the Houston area. Our team, consisting of certified Speech Language Pathologists and Assistants, is dedicated to helping children grow and thrive in their speaking and language development.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Insurance Biller. The Medical Insurance Biller will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to medical insurance billing, including handling medical terminology, managing denials, working with ICD-10 codes, and interacting with insurance providers such as Medicaid Plans, Cigna, BCBS, UHC. This is a full time, M-F, 8: 30-5:30 position. PTO and paid holudays offered after successful completion of first 90 days. This position is located in Tomball, TX.
Qualifications Experience with medical terminology and familiarity with speech therapy coding preferred. Proficiency in ICD-10 codingKnowledge of medical insurance billing processesFamiliarity with Medicaid and commercial Ins. guidelinesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in speech therapy or healthcare industry is a plus
