Project Manager - III

Title- Project Manager - IIILocation- Frisco, TX 75034Duration- 12 months (hybrid) Description:At least 3 years relevant experience required.Position is hybrid with 3 days onsite required.This individual will provide ongoing support for business sales program initiatives and tools while working closely with leadership, coaches, and cross-functional teams.In this role, the Program Manager will manage training program logistics, reporting, budgets, and communications as well as proactively assessing business needs, identifying potential issues, and working toward resolution with a sense of urgency.Skills required:Program Management, Project Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Relationship Building, Strategy, Communication, Leadership skills, Metric ReportingSkillset MatrixTechnology Requirements Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft 365, experienced with Webex for webinars and at using LMS platforms like Magenta U (OnPoint).Typical DayCoordinating meeting logistics, managing training events and resources, overseeing program communications and maintaining budgets.Time management and prioritization are important.Preferred BackgroundPrior experience in program/project management, preferably in a sales or corporate training environment.Familiarity with license management and vendor relations.Experience with metric reporting and budget/expense management.Soft SkillsStrong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building, strategic thinking, clear and effective communication, leadership abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach.
