Job Title: RPA Automation AdministratorLocation: Hybrid in Cayce, SCDuration: 12 Months
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to Automation Anywhere bots and workflows.Experience in Windows server administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.Familiarity with Active Directory, group policies, and other Windows server management tools.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.Experience administering RPA software in an enterprise environment is a plus.Relevant certifications in Automation Anywhere administration, RPA, or Windows server administration are a plus.Must Have:Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Automation Anywhere RPA solutions, including deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to developers and analysts encountering issues with servers, accounts, and softwareAdminister Windows-based servers, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.Nice to Have:Ability to clearly communicate and articulate a technical topic can interface directly with business partners as needed.
