Supervisor, Supply Chain

Supply Chain Supervisors are the main point of contact for the warehouse and are responsible for maintaining our company standards and ensuring that the warehouse follows company procedures.

As a Supply Chain Supervisor, you will be implementing changes in a space that is constantly evolving. You will serve as an influential people manager in a warehouse environment, managing timecards and time off requests, coordinating daily tasks, assisting with your team’s development, and helping them maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Required Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Education: High school diploma or equivalent or related work experienceExperience: Warehouse experience, experience in a leadership/supervisor role Technical Skills: MS Office, ERP system understandingSkills: Time management, leadership, customer service, A valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

Forklift experience and/or certification
