Retail Shipping Coordinator
West coast based fine jewelry company seeks Retail Shipping Coordinator to spearhead our e-commerce and retail order logistics for our rapidly growing operation. We are looking to hire a highly organized and efficient shipping coordinator to coordinate the shipping and receiving components of our retail operation. Strong interpersonal skills are essential! The successful candidate will handle initial shipping, any incoming returns, or exchanges in close collaboration with the retail sales team. Impeccable organization, communication, and time management skills are essential for this role. Experience working with preferred couriers and e-commerce platforms strongly preferred.
This position is based in person at our Downtown Los Angeles Headquarters.

Responsibilities will include: Preparing all necessary shipping documentsSchedule Couriers between locations or direct to clientPacking and gift wrapping fine jewelry shipmentsGenerating return shipping labels Receiving all returns to company and notifying appropriate parties Receive all repairs and coordinate with production team Maintain and track inventory levels of packagingGenerate invoices and communicate shipment details/tracking information with accounts via e-mail correspondenceIdentify lapses in efficiency and offer insights, innovative solutions, and improvements to workflows
Qualifications:1+ years’ experience in retail or e-commerceExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamicsCapable of working a consistent weekly schedule of Monday - Friday 10 am - 6pmAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Shipping experience is a plus.
