Job Overview:As the FP&A Integration Manager, you will help manage the integration of two business segments, from a central perspective, as well as being the primary finance support to shared functions (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Facilities, HR, IT, and Legal). This role demands leadership, high business acumen, and the ability to pay attention to detail but derive in an understandable fashion.

Job Responsibilities:Lead the change and restructure program from a central perspective:Support the merger of business units.Business intelligence rationalization.Identifying system improvements & consolidation.Identifying and promoting best practices around the business.Fit for purpose chart of accounts & and processes.Support future M&A activity.Lead finance business partner for Support Functions:Primary finance support for Sales, Corporate Marketing, Strategy, Supply Chain, Facilities, IT, HR, and Legal.Preparing and managing quarterly cost forecasts.Liaise and work directly with the budget owners with regular calls and meetings.Identify trends, overspends, and areas of savings.Lead the monthly shared cost reporting process including preparing monthly reports for budget owners highlighting key variances, overspends, and trends with detailed commentary, and having regular calls.Lead the geographic, channel, and key account reporting.Support the EVP of Sales in the production of the monthly sales report highlighting key trends, regional and customer issues and opportunities, and headcount movements.Central finance team Salesforce champion.Monthly reporting and support for key account and regional sales leads.Ad hoc Support to the Head of FP&A as required:Group forecasting & 3YP.Group monthly reporting.Ad hoc reporting and analysis around operating expenses, pricing, gross margin, balance sheet, and cash flow.

Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree, from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience.Minimum 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.Qualified accountant.Strong financial modeling skills, with a high level of advanced Excel knowledge and intermediate PowerPoint skills.Business unit restructure / M&A experience.Confident personality with the curiosity to investigate and challenge the status quo.Possesses the gravitas to interact and influence senior personnel across the business both in and outside of finance.Strong business partnering experience.Ability to create insightful causal tracks and perform comprehensive analyses that distill key points and clearly articulate "what the numbers are saying".Accurate, detail-orientated, reliable, and conscientious.
